Pigman
Pigmen are brutish humanoids with bloated, pig-like heads, yellowed tusks, and bristly pink or grey skin. They wear crude hides and live in small villages. They worship local gods and have tribal societies.

- Tusks (Optional Attack): On a natural 20, a pigman may make a free tusk attack (1d4 damage).
- Fast Regeneration: They have incredible healing capabilities. Wounds heal very quickly. Regenerate 1d4hp every other round. Known to sacrifice body parts in stews at banquets or to their gods.
