The first book of many that I read by Brandon Sanderson and the first book in the The Mistborn Saga series. This was one of the fantasy books that most inspired me and my early writing. After seeing the complex fantasy world with unique systems and ideas I wanted to make one myself. I also ate up every Brandon Sanderson book I could find for a long time.
