Cooking Recipes

I had been meaning to make my own cookbook for a good while. I like the idea of compiling all my favourite recipes with the tweaks I have made all into one place. For Christmas (2024) my Mum got be an empty cookbook ready to be filled in, so now I have no excuse not to. I think here is a good place to write recipes before they are fully solidified and then when I am fully happy I will add them to the physical book.

In 2024 I became lactose intolerant, this seemed to come out of nowhere, so all of these recipes will cater for that too.
